V1.2 - GRMS Room Base Modbus - MC-24-H1 + CAD-232-A3-IQ

General description

V1.2 - GRMS Room Base Modbus - MC-24-H1 + CAD-232-A3-IQ is a standard full GRMS room variant based on the MC-24-H1 controller with an additional CAD-232-A3-IQ communication module.

This variant is intended for rooms where RS485 / Modbus communication is required, typically for a recuperator, Modbus HVAC device or similar external technical equipment.

  • all standard V1 room functions
  • RS485 / Modbus communication
  • connection to a recuperator
  • communication with compatible HVAC equipment
  • central supervision of communication-based equipment where supported

Variant difference

Compared to V1 - GRMS Room Base - MC-24-H1, this variant adds CAD-232-A3-IQ for RS485 / Modbus communication.

Notes

  • V1.2 is recommended when the room requires communication with a recuperator or other RS485 / Modbus device.
  • TGP-S is part of the room touch panel assembly and is used as the interface board for connecting the ES-W2 room temperature sensor.
  • Final Modbus mapping depends on the connected equipment.
  • Detailed communication parameters are defined per project.
